Bahamas Premier Girls Fastpitch is an elite youth softball ecosystem committed to revolutionizing softball in The Bahamas while developing the next generation of Bahamian girls on and off the field.

Founded by former Bahamas National Softball Team member and professional instructor Shawnté Curtis, Bahamas Premier exists to raise the national standard of softball development, structure, coaching, competition, and opportunity.

Sport Administration Graduate Former National Team Member Professional Instructor

As a former member of the Bahamas National Softball Team and a professional instructor with years of hands-on coaching experience, Shawnté Curtis saw firsthand the gaps in Bahamian softball development.

Rather than waiting for opportunities to come to Bahamian girls, she decided to build the pathway herself — creating an organization that prioritizes structured, age-appropriate development from ages 5 and up.
